Taking Stock in the new year - A Worksheet journal

It can be difficult to organize your thoughts, energy, and actions for any new year goal-making, so years ago I started keeping a spreadsheet to help me out.

I wrote down where I was in all the aspects of my life that were the most important to me - health, finances, relationships, career moves, etc. Before I could figure out where I wanted to go in the future, I needed to take stock of exactly where I was that moment. Because I’d often forget how much work I did over the year (and feel largely unaccomplished each December), this would help me look back occasionally and take note of how far I’d come.

This spreadsheet eventually got reworked into a personal worksheet journal I kept on my computer. This year I decided to share it publicly for those who were interested in tracking their own growth.

During this first part of January, I’m listing it as a free digital download. Please enjoy!
